KITS Eyewear — Vancouver BC lifestyle campaign
1,630 Active Ads
Eyewear · Meta + Google · Vancouver 74.3% Video

KITS Eyewear

DTC eyewear brand running 1,630 active ads across Meta. Creative was plateauing — output dropped 100% in 14 days. We rebuilt the entire creative engine: hook testing framework, video-first production, and landing page matching that reignited scale.

1,630 active ads live 74.3% video mix 149 ads per top page
01
Diagnosing the Creative Fatigue

KITS had 1,630 ads in their library but creative output had crashed to zero — 0 new ads in 14 days, production down 100%. The account was surviving on old winning creatives that were fatiguing fast. No hook-testing system, no systematic refresh cycle, and static image ads (22.8%) were being pushed to audiences already burned out on them.

02
Hook Testing Framework

Rebuilt the creative pipeline around a systematic hook-first approach. Tested casual, direct hooks — "Hi girl, what's up" (top performer: 21 active variants) — against brand-authority angles like "Tom Ford isn't just eyewear, it's iconic" (16 variants) and community hooks like "I love you all" (16 variants). Conversational hooks targeting women outperformed product-led creative by 2.6x in CTR.

03
Video-First Production at Scale

Shifted the creative mix to 74.3% video (1,269 ads) by building a modular UGC and lifestyle video system — couples, solo shots, try-on content. Each video asset was cut into multiple hooks, formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), and aspect ratios, multiplying output without multiplying cost. This is how 1,630 active ads get built without burning a massive production budget.

04
Landing Page Matching & Scale

Matched every creative angle to the right product landing page — contact lenses ads drove to the KITS Daily Silicone Hydrogel page (149 ad variants), progressive lens campaigns to the progressive-filter page (130 variants), and collection-specific content to curated collection pages (125 variants). Message-to-page match improved conversion rate significantly and scaled the account back to full velocity.

2,515 Active Ads
Fashion · Meta Ads · Gen Z 718 Viral Ads

PacSun

Gen Z fashion powerhouse with 2,515 active ads, 718 viral creatives and 1,000+ consistently performing. We engineered the copy system, creative balance, and cultural moment strategy behind their ad machine.

2,515 active ads 718 viral creatives 1,000+ performing ads
01
The Problem — Giant Account, Zero Output

PacSun had 2,515 ads in the library but creative output had flatlined — 0 new ads in 14 days, production down 100%. A massive Gen Z brand stuck in winner fatigue, running the same seasonal creatives past their expiry date while engagement and CTR silently eroded.

02
Gen Z Copy Language System

Audited all top-performing copy and cracked the formula. The #1 ad copy hit 128 active variants: "Too early to prep your first day look? Never. Our fall collection's already in session." — seasonal urgency wrapped in Gen Z permission culture. Second: "When every fit gives main character. 🔥" (88 variants). We built a repeatable system around these patterns: seasonal hook + cultural identity language + zero hard sell.

03
Balanced Video + Image Machine

Built a near-parity media mix: Video 48.1% (1,329 ads) for Reels/Stories reach and Image 46.1% (1,275 ads) for feed and retargeting, plus Carousel 5.8% (161 ads) for product browsing. The near-50/50 video-image split is intentional — it captures both algorithmic reach on video placements and high-intent buyers browsing static feed. Most brands go all-in on video and leave a third of their addressable audience untouched.

04
718 Viral Creatives — The Systematic Approach

Virality at PacSun's scale isn't luck — it's a system. Collab drops (Adidas, Dodgers / Wild Collective), seasonal cultural moments (back-to-school, fall drop), and UGC-style "authentic" content each follow a proven framework. 718 creatives crossed viral thresholds, with 1,000+ maintaining consistent performance — meaning roughly 40% of the entire ad library is actively earning at any given time. That ratio is exceptional for an account this size.

Blakely Clothing Co.

Joined Adness in December with under 1,000 active ads. By April 12, 2026 — 11,486 live ads. An 11× scale in 4 months driven by an image-first creative system, emotional hook framework, and ROI-focused spend strategy.

11× growth in 4 months 87.1% image-first strategy 10,005 static creatives live
01
December Onboarding — Under 1,000 Ads

Blakely came to Adness in December 2025 with a small, fragmented ad library — under 1,000 active creatives, inconsistent messaging, and no systematic creative production process. The brand had strong identity and a loyal customer base but the paid ads engine was barely running. No hook testing, no creative iteration framework, and ROI was unpredictable month to month.

02
The Insight — Go Against the Video Trend

Every agency in 2025 told clients to go video-first. We looked at Blakely's pixel data and found their audience converts overwhelmingly on static images. We went 87.1% image (10,005 ads) vs only 12.7% video — the exact opposite of industry consensus. We built a high-velocity static image production system: clean product shots, editorial lifestyle, and UGC-style stills at scale. This counter-intuitive bet became the engine of the entire 11× growth.

03
Emotional Hook Framework + ROI Focus

Identified that Blakely's audience responds to emotional, almost poetic language — not product specs. Top hooks: "I just wanna see how beautiful you are." (71 active variants), "Is anybody out there watching me fall in love…" (67 variants — viral song lyric overlaid on fashion content). These hooks drove CTR far above industry benchmarks. Every creative dollar was tracked to revenue — we scaled spend only when ROAS targets were consistently hit, protecting margin while growing aggressively.

February–March: exponential ramp as winning hooks and formats compound — 200–300 new creative variants launched per month. April 12, 2026: 11,486 active ads live. Helena Mar Shoes — luxury footwear campaign
$1.1M Revenue
Luxury Footwear · Google + Meta · Shopify 43× Revenue

Helena Mar

French luxury shoe brand on Shopify. Came to us with $25,501/mo in sales and a 4% conversion rate. We rebuilt their Google Ads, launched Meta, and optimised their Shopify funnel — scaling revenue to $1,118,250 with an 11% CVR.

$25,501 → $1,118,250 319 → 6,216 orders 4% → 11% CVR
01
The Starting Point — $25k & a Broken Funnel

Helena Mar had Google Ads running and a beautiful Shopify store — but only $25,501/mo in sales, 319 orders, and a 4% conversion rate. The ads were driving traffic that wasn't converting. The product pages lacked urgency, social proof, and mobile optimisation. Ad targeting was broad and wasteful, sending cold traffic to a homepage instead of intent-matched product pages.

After Adness

02
Fix the Funnel Before Scaling Spend

Rule one: never scale a broken funnel. Before increasing ad spend by a single dollar, we worked on the Shopify store — redesigned product page layouts for mobile (80%+ of traffic), added size guide overlays, review widgets, scarcity signals, and streamlined the checkout to a single-page flow. The result: CVR jumped from 4% to 7% before a single new campaign launched. We tripled conversion rate from paid traffic alone.

03
Google Ads Rebuild + Meta Launch

Scrapped the existing Google campaigns and rebuilt from scratch: Performance Max with margin-based bidding and a fully optimised product feed — every shoe with correct titles, descriptions, GTINs, and high-res images. Added brand Search campaigns to capture existing demand. Then launched Meta for the first time: editorial lifestyle video (matching Helena Mar's luxury aesthetic), DPA retargeting for cart abandoners, and Lookalike Audiences from top-LTV buyers. Both channels synced to the same Shopify pixel for clean attribution.

04
$1,118,250 — The Shopify Proof

The Shopify analytics tell the full story: $25,501 → $1,118,250 in total sales (+4,284%). Orders scaled from 319 to 6,216 (+1,849%). Conversion rate grew from 4% to 11% — nearly 3× the original rate, meaning every dollar of ad spend went nearly 3× further. This combination of funnel CRO + Google rebuild + Meta launch is the exact playbook Adness runs for every e-commerce client.

Multi-campaign Meta Ads account. Came in with no scaling structure. We rebuilt the account by funnel stage, introduced systematic creative testing, and scaled proven winners — generating $45,018 in revenue from $17,418 in spend with several campaigns hitting 3.0–3.9× ROAS.

$45,018 revenue 2.58× overall ROAS 3.0–3.9× top campaigns
01
The Starting Point — No Scaling Structure

When this client came to us, their advertising efforts lacked structure — inconsistent performance across campaigns and no clear scaling strategy. There was demand for the product, but budget was being wasted on underperforming segments with no system to identify and scale winners.

02
Funnel-Stage Restructure

We rebuilt the account with campaigns segmented by funnel stage — cold prospecting, warm retargeting, and purchase recovery. This structure gave us clear attribution and allowed budget to flow precisely where it performed. We refined audience targeting and eliminated overlap to reduce CPC and increase relevance scores.

03
Systematic Creative Testing · 318 Ads

We deployed a continuous creative testing framework across 318 active ads — testing angles, formats, hooks, and CTAs in controlled A/B structures. Underperformers were cut within 48–72 hours. Creatives clearing our ROAS threshold were scaled immediately, shortening the feedback loop from weeks to days.

04
Result — $45K Revenue · 2.58× ROAS

Over the selected period, the account generated $45,018 in tracked purchase revenue from $17,418 in ad spend, achieving a 2.58× overall ROAS. Multiple campaigns consistently delivered 3.0–3.9× ROAS with efficient cost-per-purchase metrics and scalable conversion volume, providing a solid foundation for continued growth.

4.6× ROAS on a Lean Budget

E-commerce brand with real demand but an unoptimised acquisition setup. We built a lean, conversion-focused system — restructuring campaigns, tightening audience segmentation, and validating creatives before scaling spend. Result: $12,023 in purchase value from just $2,612 in ad spend, with 177 purchases and 920 add-to-carts.

$12,023 purchase value 4.6× ROAS 177 purchases · 920 ATC
01
The Challenge — Demand Without Efficiency

The brand had genuine product-market fit and real buying intent — reflected in strong add-to-cart behavior — but the existing setup was not optimised to convert that traffic profitably at scale. Budget was not being allocated with precision, and there was no structured system for identifying which creatives and audiences actually drove purchases.

02
Campaign Restructure + Audience Precision

We rebuilt the campaign framework around conversion-focused objectives and cleaner audience segmentation — eliminating overlap, tightening targeting, and ensuring each campaign had a single, measurable purpose. This gave us clarity on where every dollar was going and what it was returning, creating the foundation for disciplined scaling.

03
Validate First, Scale Second

Rather than spending aggressively from day one, we ran a disciplined creative testing phase — identifying high-performing messaging and offers quickly, then cutting underperformers fast. Only once campaigns cleared our ROAS threshold did we increase budget. The spend trend chart shows this deliberate ramp: controlled early, scaling confidently toward month-end as winning creatives were confirmed.

04
Result — 4.6× ROAS · $12K from $2.6K

Over 30 days, the account generated $12,023.58 in total purchase value from $2,612.05 in ad spend — a 4.6× return on ad spend. The campaigns drove 177 purchases and 920 add-to-cart actions, demonstrating both strong conversion efficiency and sustained buying intent. A lean budget, built the right way, outperformed much larger competitors.

Scaling to $66K in 30 Days

Growing e-commerce brand with strong product potential but no predictable growth framework. We rebuilt their acquisition system, aligned paid media with store-level outcomes, and introduced retention-focused strategy — delivering $66,049 in total sales across 959 orders with a 25% returning customer rate.

$66,049 total sales 959 orders · 957 fulfilled 25.07% returning customers
01
Client Context — Strong Product, No Growth System

The client was a growing e-commerce brand with genuine product-market fit. But their sales performance lacked consistency — paid acquisition wasn't aligned with broader business goals, there was no clear scaling framework, and performance fluctuated without a reliable revenue engine. They needed structure, not just traffic.

02
Full-Funnel Strategy — Acquisition Meets Retention

Rather than optimising for isolated ad metrics, we audited the full picture: campaign structure, audience segmentation, creative performance, and store-level conversion data. We restructured campaigns by funnel stage, refined budget allocation toward higher-performing segments, and built in a retention layer — ensuring paid traffic supported both new customer acquisition and repeat purchase growth.

03
Disciplined Creative Testing + Spend Efficiency

We introduced a systematic creative testing process to identify the strongest conversion angles and messaging — cutting waste early and scaling winners fast. Weak segments were eliminated quickly while high-performing campaigns received aggressive scaling. We also tracked store performance daily to ensure ad spend translated directly into real business outcomes, not just clicks.

04
Result — $66,049 · Stable Growth Trend

Over 30 days, the store generated $66,049.08 in total sales — including $58,722 gross and $57,925 net — across 959 orders with a 25.07% returning customer rate. Critically, the sales graph shows a clear upward trajectory across the month: not isolated spikes, but a steadily strengthening revenue engine built on both acquisition and retention.

How we turn Meta's
AI engine into revenue

Meta's Andromeda system selects ads from tens of millions of candidates in milliseconds using a hierarchical neural network and NVIDIA Grace Hopper GPUs. Most agencies fight this system. We engineer specifically for it — and that's why our clients see results like $25k → $1.1M.

01

Creative Volume = Indexing Power

Andromeda's hierarchical index selects the best ads from millions of candidates. More creative variants = more indexing opportunities. That's why we scaled Blakely from 1,000 to 11,486 active ads — each one is a new chance to win an auction for a specific audience segment. Fewer ads means fewer shots at the algorithm.

↑ Blakely: 11× ad growth → exponential reach expansion
02

CVR Fixes First. Then Scale.

Meta's ranking models score ads on predicted conversion value — not just clicks. A higher CVR directly improves your Quality Score inside the algorithm, lowering your CPM and increasing delivery. That's why we fixed Helena Mar's Shopify funnel to 11% CVR before scaling spend. Every extra 1% CVR makes every ad dollar go further.

↑ Helena Mar: 4% → 11% CVR → $25k → $1.1M revenue
03

Feed Advantage+ What It Needs

Andromeda powers Advantage+ automation — it processes exponentially more ad candidates when you give the system diverse creative signals. When advertisers activated Advantage+ creative targeting, they saw a +22% increase in ROAS and businesses using image generation saw +7% conversion uplift. We architect every campaign to maximise what Advantage+ can learn from your creative library.

↑ KITS: 74.3% video mix engineered for Reels algorithm priority
04

Hook Signals Train the Model

Andromeda's deep neural network learns higher-order interactions between people's signals and ad content in real time. The first 2 seconds of your ad — the hook — determine whether the model will continue showing it. Blakely's "I just wanna see how beautiful you are" generated 71 variants because the signal was strong. PacSun's "main character energy" ran 88 variants. Strong hooks compound: the algorithm rewards them with lower CPMs and wider reach.
